In 2025, ADEO launched ALL ADEO, its international free-share allocation scheme. Built for the long term, this initiative allows all ADEO employees to receive an annual, free allocation of shares, an equal amount for everyone, depending on the Group’s economic performance. This principle of equity applies regardless of country, role, or seniority.
Following a successful inaugural edition, ADEO is honoring this commitment once again with a new allocation in 2026 for 115,000 employees, across 12 countries.
Today, 12% of ADEO’s capital is held by its employees. This reflects a deep commitment to deeply involving our teams in the company’s value-creation journey.
“Everyone should benefit from the value they help create”
For Weber Niza, Chief Human Resources Officer at ADEO, access to employee share ownership goes far beyond a mere financial scheme:
“Everyone should be able to benefit from the value they have helped create. Through ALL ADEO, we are going a step further: this program generates pride, emotion, and trust. Despite vastly different local realities, regardless of the country or level of responsibility, everyone can feel this exact same sense of belonging at ADEO. We firmly believe that an employee who is a shareholder is an employee who is invested in the future.”

A shared experience across the globe
From France to Ukraine, through Italy, Poland, and Brazil, employees describe a shared experience: the feeling of becoming true stakeholders in their company.
“Whether we are in Brazil, South Africa, France, or Poland, no matter where, we are all experiencing the exact same thing at the exact same time! It’s powerful.”
“It’s not just a financial program; it’s also a symbol of partnership and trust in each and every one of us.”
“We aren’t just employees; we are fully part of the Group, too.”
Taking part in the company’s future
For some employees, this share allocation transforms how they perceive their daily work and strengthens their sense of responsibility.
“You are entrusted with a piece of the company. It makes you want to commit even more every day to drive it forward, develop it, take care of it, and contribute to its growth.”
“It makes me want to have an even greater positive impact on our customers and to strengthen collaboration with my teammates.”
A dynamic of progress built on Sharing
This collective drive is deeply rooted in ADEO’s company culture. As summarized by Pascal, Sales Advisor at the Weldom store in Fitz-James, and Radoslaw, Culture and Engagement Manager at Leroy Merlin Poland:
“Sharing and employee share ownership are the true strengths of ADEO. It’s a virtuous circle where we start by sharing our commitment and knowledge, take action, and achieve results that we then share collectively.”
With ALL ADEO, sharing translates into a tangible, collective reality for every single employee.
