All training sessions are free and open to everyone, with priority given to construction professionals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Weekly live sessions<\/strong><br \/>\nEvery Wednesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/Obra%C3%A9compromisso\/streams\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interactive one-hour training sessions<\/a> are broadcast live on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Over the past year, these sessions have recorded <strong>more than 68,000 views<\/strong>, allowing a broad audience to access technical knowledge efficiently.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hands-on training in stores<\/strong><br \/>\nEach Saturday, Obramax organizes six-hour intensive courses called &#8220;<strong>Quick Money<\/strong>.&#8221; These sessions combine theory and practice, equipping participants with essential techniques that can be applied immediately in real-world settings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specialized courses<\/strong><br \/>\nFor professionals seeking to deepen their expertise, the Academy offers <strong>40-hour certification courses<\/strong> in technical fields such as electricity, plumbing, waterproofing, drywall installation, and painting. The acquired skills are validated through a final project, culminating in a diploma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Promoting inclusion with a dedicated program for women<\/strong><br \/>\nIn an industry that remains predominantly male, Obramax has launched an exclusive program for women. In 2024, <strong>more than 150 women<\/strong> benefited from this initiative, strengthening gender equity and empowerment within the sector. These women gained valuable skills, helping them advance in their careers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among the 150 women who participated, 30 came from the Heli\u00f3polis community, one of S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s largest favelas, where access to education and professional opportunities remains a significant challenge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"keb-headings keb-titre-h4\">Immersive learning experiences<\/span><br \/>\nThe Academy stands out through immersive events such as factory-based training sessions and the &#8220;Construction Week,&#8221; held twice a year.
