Our classic full day workshop consists of a morning lecture and afternoon exercises.

The morning

A lecture provides the theoretical framework of effective web writing by exploring optimal techniques and touring tailored examples of web sites, intranets and customer email approaches.

The afternoon

4 hands-on exercises designed with your organization's actual working documents allow participants to put the web writing techniques into practice. A thorough review of each exercise led by the instructor will maximize the effectiveness of learning.
